Introduction
RSM supports clients with logistics and administration services internationally. Our managers have significant professional experience within both fields, with proven operational competence. Our staff operate using either RSM policies, plans and systems – or utilize those provided by our clients.
RSM understands that logistics and administration forms the cornerstone of a successful project. We provide male and female administrative managers, including both expatriates and local nationals.
RSM provides mentoring and training to ensure our managers and staff meet the professional and specific client requirements of a role. We provide guideline documents and tool-kits to ensure that administrative and logistical functions are performed in a compliant and consistent fashion.
Human Resources Services
RSM supports clients worldwide with human resources support. We recruit, vet, train and employ managers and support staff, including administrative, logistical and operational managers, as well as drivers, cooks, cleaners and other support staff. We also provide mentoring programs to ensure managers and staff meet the professional and ethical needs of our clients.
Logistical Support
RSM supports our clients on logistical services, including vendor selection and contractual management. We design requests for proposal and issue RFPs and support with vendor selection. We manage material procurements and shipping to the point of service, as well as subsequent asset management and controls. We provide administrators, fleet managers and stores staff as well as buyers and shipping project managers.
Financial Management
RSM fields finance managers and accountants in order to supplement projects and operations. We design cost models, create systems and tools for cost accounting and support project leadership forecast costs and track expenditures.
