RSM provides high quality Program Risk Managers who support international companies running complex, fluid and challenged business activities within remote and difficult environments. Our managers have all managed large scale and dynamic programs internationally, understanding the business and project requirements in order to support more productive and safe project operations through sound risk management practices.

We hand select managers who understand the nature of the organization and have specific geographic experience, and where needed language skills.

Our managers will work in partnership with the project team and home office in order to support the effective planning and design of programs, seeking efficiencies in terms of resource management, scheduling and leveraging in order to reduce costs and increase performance. Our staff will align security project planning with business milestones and schedules to compliment the task, acting as business enablers, as well as risk and programmatic advisors.

Our managers bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to management teams, and will operate as part of our client’s leadership team. Our managers are provided a full risk mitigation and program management package so that risk mitigation occurs immediately, and that effective program safety and security management is established before our personnel deploy. RSM will work with the corporate or regional Security Directors, as well as the project team to integrate our established policies and procedures into existing company practices – ensuring that seamless integration occurs.

RSM managers have supported oil and gas companies, development and NGO organizations, construction and power industries, communication and media groups and government bodies within both benign and hostile environments. Our manager’s are familiar in leveraging diplomatic and foreign government support where appropriate and sanctioned in order to augment our client’s organic capabilities.

RSM understands that mature, well rounded and intelligent Program Business Risk Managers – capable of meeting corporate, country and field requirements – will enable business success and proactively support various groups concurrently within an organization. Our managers will provide the policies and plans needed to bring efficiency to operations, and will manage third party security vendors to ensure that resource management, security standards and quality assurance requirements are met in full. Our management team will also provide training to company staff, as well as security groups as required.

RSM will work with organizations to identify the most appropriate manager for their project and will support the design, development and integration of our comprehensive security management package into any existing company processes and policies.
