Instructor Led Training

RSM provides instructor led training for world-wide training, drawing upon a pool of regionally experienced trainers who can provide educational programs which reflect the nuances of the environment in which organization operates. Our instructors come from a diverse background of expertise, all with more than 10 years of training experience, many of whom have Masters Degrees of PhDs. Importantly, all of our instructors have significant international and operational experience which allows us to combine academic talent with real life experience.

Our instructor led training courses are run across the international space, from Iraq and Afghanistan, through Pakistan and Sudan to the United States and Europe. Our courses are supplemented with training aids, text books and materials. We work with our students to place training into a real life and practical context. Often we provide no cost after-hours support to our attendees as a value added. Frequently we answer student questions months after training is completed.

We have teamed with other organizations to provide workshops and training forums, including InsideNGO, Inter-Action and private sector groups. We have trained government agencies as well as commercial groups. We have run crisis workshops and provided key note speakers who are specialists in specific areas.
